How do I get access to the studio?
Enroll online, pay the course fee to the company NayaPay account, then confirm payment in your enrollment. Once your fee challan is matched, your modules unlock.
What is a monthly batch?
Students are grouped by calendar month (for example LD-2026-09). Your batch helps organize live sessions and progress with your cohort.
Are fees refundable?
Course fees are non-refundable once enrollment is submitted or payment is marked for verification. See the terms below for full details.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. After you complete the training requirements you receive a verifiable completion certificate you can share with employers or partners.
Are there live sessions?
Yes. Live coaching sessions are part of the program so you can practice desk skills with guidance — not only recorded lectures.

By enrolling in Learn Dispatch you agree that course fees paid to the Alpha Solutions / Learn Dispatch company NayaPay account (Imran Qamar Sandhu, 0321 644 3914, IBAN PK34NAYA1234503216443914, NayaPay ID imran.qamar7093@nayapay) are non-refundable once enrollment is submitted and/or payment is marked as paid for verification.
Access is granted only after your fee challan and bank transfer are confirmed. Monthly batches are assigned by calendar month (e.g. LD-2026-09). Misuse of materials, sharing login credentials, or chargeback attempts may result in immediate access revocation without refund.
